As a seasoned HR consultant, I bring invaluable insights and proven strategies to transform your team's performance and organizational health. Here's a snapshot of how I've made a difference: ​Designed and co-facilitated an OD competency series for OODN. Consulted with a Portland non-profit to launch their first organizational health survey. Partnered with a higher education department to develop a custom talent matrix + facilitate department strategic planning. Coached the People Manager at a local non-profit to develop their HR Roadmap. ​Collaborated with the HR team of a manufacturing client to review their talent acquisition process. Developed and delivered an in-person workshop on behavioral-based interviewing for 80 leaders.

Looking for tailored leadership and HR workshops from an experienced professional? With a deep background in L&D, I specialize in crafting and delivering impactful learning experiences. Featured Projects: As the project lead and instructional designer, I developed an asynchronous certificate program for a global semiconductor manufacturer using Articulate Rise. I recently added coaching as a Business Model You certified practitioner. Every person is unique and your coaching is tailored over 4 sessions. We begin with a lifeline exercise to identify common themes, draft a professional identity, and then create canvases of your current and future state.

Ready to upskill your leadership team? Start your journey to become a coaching leader! My Leader as Coach Program is delivered as a cohort in 3 or 4 custom workshops.  We will practice the coaching conversation, learn the six pillars of developing others, and adapt our coaching based on communication style.

Introducing Tiffanie

Chapter 1: HR Leadership For 10 years, I was an internal HR leader for organizations on the west coast, public and private organizations, both unionized and non-unionized. Even though we live in a knowledge economy, many organizations lacked professional development for employees or leaders. This lead me to my next chapter, Learning & Development. ​ Chapter 2: Learning & Development I first learned how to teach online, then a hybrid and finally in-person. Sounds backward doesn’t it? Overall, I taught for 10 years in higher education, teaching my brand of practical HR to over 1,000 undergrads. Next, I wanted to serve more organizations and started developing custom leadership workshops for a local HR consulting firm. Chapter 3: Coaching You have to keep learning and my recent upskill has been coaching, to transform individuals and organizations. I am a certified Business Model You Coach, who can provide tailored career coaching, whether you want to stay in your organization or are thinking about a move, you need support. I have also completed Leader as Coach: The Coach Approach from the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence. I can help you embed this contemporary approach to leadership internally (teach them to fish I say!).
